"Nobody is Irreplaceable" says Rummenigge

Bayern Munich administrator Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said on Thursday that "nobody is irreplaceable", in front of a choice on the eventual fate of current manager Pep Guardiola.

"Nobody on the planet is irreplaceable at a given time. Players travel every which way. That likewise goes for Mangers," said Rummenigge in Munich on Thursday at the declaration of another patron for the German champions.

Guardiola, 44, is in the third and last year of his present contract and has said he would report his feasible arrangements before Christmas with the Bundesliga set to begin the winter break on December 20.
Rummenigge affirmed that a choice would be reported before Christmas.

"It is not expected to move that date. It was constantly said that a choice would be taken in 2015," said the previous German international.

"Perhaps it's great to have a touch of tension," proceeded with the Bayern manager, including that vulnerability concerning the mentor would not keep the players staying "extremely centered around their work".

Skipper Philipp Lahm said not long ago: "If Guardiola abandons one day, without a doubt another amazing mentor will go along, yet first we need to see what happens."

The Spaniard has won 19 titles as mentor with both Barcelona and Bayern and has more than once been connected to a progression of English Premier League clubs.

Bayern's 2-0 rout at Arsenal in the Champions League a month ago is the main time they have been beaten this season.
